ADA Compliant When the range hood is wired to operate from a dedicated standard electrical wall switch, this hood meets the Standards for Accessible Design specified by the Americans with Disabilities Act to provide equal access to all. See install instructions for ADA compliance for more details.

Flimsy Panels and Grease Issues

Grease leaks down, and I™€™ve even seen it drip condense back into my pots while cooking. This is honestly disgusting and gross. On top of that, I have to wipe the entire inside clean after nearly every meal just to keep it usable. The removable panels are flimsy and don™€™t click back in easily, requiring patience every time I clean them. For the price, I expected something sturdier and far more user-friendly.

Grease Filter Screens Keep Falling Down!

Not happy so far. The hood is very noise and seems to rattle a log. Because of the rattling, the grease screens vibrate and fall out onto the food below on the stove. I called twice to complain about the screens falling down. The first time they sent only one screen that was too small (meant for a smaller hood). I called and complained and they sent a replacement screen...only one screen...when I specifically said I need both new screens. I now need to call again for a second screen. I can't tell yet if that's going to fix the issue. It seems as if it's a poor design where the screen tabs [that hold the screen in place] are too small.

Doing a renovation. Package arrived damaged - two noticeable dents. But, because I contacted whirlpool 28 days after delivery, which was when my contractor pulled it from the box, they charged me a restock fee of $75 or reimburse me 43.91 for the damage - as if they are going to sell a damaged product for full price. I will never use whirlpool.com again! Very disappointed. Wish I could give zero stars for the customer service alone.

Second damaged hood

I received my hood and the installer noticed it was dented in the back two corners and front making it difficult to align properly. I called Whirlpool to send another one to replace the dented hood through their scheduling process. When the installer came out again, the new hood was also dented and I had to reschedule for the second time. Whirlpool or Installers needs to take time to inspect and ship hood properly before going to customers home. Where is the quality control? I have to take off work 1/2 for this. This is very unprofessional
