On one hand it is quiet and pulls pulls a tremendous amount of water out of the air. On the other hand the alternative gravity hose drainage solution does not work. The tank continues to fill. The access to the gravity hose drain out put is small and difficult to attach.

Recently purchased, has done a great job removing the moisture in the air. Our home feels so much cooler. Our homes humidity high 70 to 80 percent, now it is running 50 to 60 percent. With just 1 unit for our house of 2000 square feet. Excellent

We've had a great experience with the dehumidifier so far. We had a smaller unit that worked for a while, but needed to be replaced so we opted to purchase this model since it had better ratings and offered greater water removal. We've had it for about a month now and it's had great performance.

Easy to unpackage and assemble! It's a super convenient size too not in the way at all. It's pretty quiet while running as well. I think it's done a fabulous job in our basement keeping the moisture out. I can't recommend enough!

Great little dehumidifier, easy to use, program and empty. I use it to keep my basement dry and it™™s helping with odors as well. Effective and quiet. I couldn™™t speak to energy efficiency but it stops when humidity level reached and doesnt continuously run which is great. Highly recommend!

It is a heavy appliance but overall very satisfied with this product . Our home is very humid and normally feels chilly but this has also brought a warmth which is appreciated during these cold months.
